A close-week diary from a regenerative ag vehicle: soil files, NAV, and the lines we refused to stamp.

NAV. Capital accounts. Cover-crop acres. Operator practice checklist. No carbon line. A source-file index that shows what was named and what was missing. That is a Dual Ledger regen close. Book a scope call with a vehicle, a cutoff, and the lab calendar you actually run. Send operator files to support@mokofund.com.
Books cutoff is Wednesday. The operator says the organic carbon tests shipped Friday. They have not landed. Dual Ledger does not invent a soil line so the pack looks full. Cover-crop acres are in the acreage report and will stamp. Carbon will not. The GP can talk about the lab delay on the LP call. LPs will see a short verified table, not a complete table we cannot stand behind. That is the regen cycle in one morning.
Trial balance is in. Fair value on the farmland positions is in a named file. Capital accounts roll. Dual reporting still wants the scorecard in the same send. We hold the pack until Thursday noon, which is the window the GP gave us, not a window we invented. Carbon still missing. Cover-crop acres verified. Operator scorecard (practice checklist) verified against the named PDF. Pack ships Thursday with two of three soil lines. No appendix on the following Tuesday.
Named soil tests, acreage reports, and operator practice sheets. We do not sample soil. We do not run the farm. If a lab is late, the line waits. A consultant slide deck is not a source file.
NAV, capital accounts, and working papers on the same cutoff as the lines that did stamp. Dual reporting means the short scorecard still travels with NAV. It does not mean we delay books for a lab.
You sign the close. Moko signs the admin checklist. The agronomist, the lab, and counsel stay in their seats. We will not opine on soil carbon. We will stamp a number that ties to the named test.
We do not sell carbon credits, promise yields, or replace your farm operator. Filing support is assembly. Questions: support@mokofund.com.
