A CDFI vehicle on Dual Ledger. Capital calls, capital accounts, and community-lending outcomes in one pack, on one cutoff.
You own the loan tape, jobs retained, and the community credit files. You size the call against unfunded and the investment schedule. You sign the notice. Dual Ledger is not your lender and not your CDFI certification agent. We post books, collect the call, and verify the lending lines you already keep. If the tape is late, those lines stay off the pack. The call can still go out if unfunded and due date are ready. That is the split: capital movement is not held hostage to a missing jobs column, and jobs are not invented to dress a call.
LPs see NAV share, unfunded, the call they are being asked to meet, and lending outcomes that tied to the named tape. They do not see unmatched borrower files, internal exception lists, or a community memo from a later week. If jobs retained failed verification, the line is absent. Your IR team can still talk about pipeline on the call. We will not stamp pipeline as an outcome.
Before the first Dual Ledger close we name the loan tape, the jobs file, and the community report LPs already expect. Each line gets an owner and a landing day. A CDFI with five informal spreadsheets will spend the first close cleaning that map. That is cheaper than a year of examiner questions about numbers that never tied.
Calls follow unfunded and the schedule you approve. Collection sits on the GP desk next to NAV share. The lending scorecard is drafted in the same period folder. If the tape misses cutoff, the call can still issue. The lending lines wait. LPs should not see last quarter's jobs on this quarter's notice.
We match loans funded and jobs retained to the named files. We do not originate loans, underwrite borrowers, or certify the CDFI. Unmatched lines stay off. Your credit team can still discuss pipeline. Pipeline is not an outcome in the pack.
Working papers stay with the period. An examiner or auditor can follow a lending line to the tape you named and NAV to the trial balance. That is the trail. It is not an examination opinion. Counsel and your CDFI advisor stay in their seats. Filing support is assembly. They file.

Moko does not originate loans, certify the institution, promise community outcomes, wire LP capital, or give legal advice. Dual Ledger is the desk that holds calls, NAV, and verified lending lines to one cutoff. Book a scope call with a vehicle, a call date, and the tape you already keep.
